2. Global Shipping & "All-In" (DDP) Pricing Policy

We provide a premium, transparent international shopping experience exclusively for the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and the European Union.

  • Complimentary Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the USA, UK, AU, CA, and EU.

  • “All-In” DDP Pricing Model: To help eliminate surprise costs, applicable global logistics expenses, international shipping costs, import duties, GST, HST, and VAT are calculated and included in the final price at checkout.

  • No Hidden Fees: All international orders are shipped as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The price confirmed at checkout is the final price; you will not be charged any additional customs fees or taxes upon delivery.

  • Logistics & Insurance: We utilize trusted carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Every shipment is fully insured against loss or damage during transit.

3. Return & Refund Policy

In full compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Rights Act, and US consumer protection laws:

  • Return Window:

    • European Union (EU): 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

    • USA, UK, Canada, and Australia: 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Personalized & Custom Items: Please note that personalized products (such as custom-printed canvas, engraved items, or bespoke furniture) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Conditions: Standard items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • Errors/Damage: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, FuKaRustic covers the full cost of return shipping.

    • Other Reasons: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return Addresses:

    • For EU Customers: Please send your returns directly to our regional warehouse: Im Dorf 65c, 51381 Leverkusen, Germany.

    • For USA, UK, Canada, and Australia Customers: Please contact us at support@fukarustic.com to receive specific instructions and the appropriate return warehouse address for your region.

4. Product Accuracy & Customization

  • Natural Variations: FuKaRustic specializes in natural wood. Slight variations in grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics of authentic rustic products and are not considered defects.

  • Custom Orders: For personalized decor (Canvas, Desktop Art), customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details. We are not liable for errors provided by the customer at the time of order.
