In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and the E-Commerce Directive, we provide a "Notice and Action" mechanism. Once we receive a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing material.
3. DMCA Compliance (USA)
For notifications under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), please ensure your notice complies with 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3).
