“All-In” DDP Pricing Model: To eliminate surprise costs, all applicable global logistics expenses, international shipping costs, import duties, GST, HST, and VAT are calculated and included directly in the final price at checkout.

No Hidden Fees: All international orders are shipped as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The price confirmed at checkout is the final price—you will not be charged any additional customs fees, taxes, or handling fees upon delivery.

3. Product Customization & Image Guidelines
Because our products feature personalized artwork created from your uploaded photos, please review the following guidelines prior to placing an order:

Customer Photo Quality & Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing clear, high-resolution photos and ensuring all custom details (such as names, dates, typography, and style selections) are correct at the time of purchase. FuKaRustic is not liable for poor print outcomes resulting from low-resolution uploaded images or customer typos.

Artistic Rendering & Style Variations: Our design team transforms your photos into customized artwork based on your selected style (e.g., Sketch, Doodle, Watercolor, Painted effects). Slight variations in tone, color display, and artistic interpretation are an inherent part of the creative process and render each piece unique.

Image Rights & Copyright: By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have explicit authorization to use it. You agree not to upload copyrighted, trademarked, or illegal imagery.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Our return policies strictly comply with international consumer protection regulations, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Rights Act, and US commercial standards.
Personalized & Custom Products (Non-Returnable)
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our personalized artwork products, all custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable once produced, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fukarustic.com with clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We will promptly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Standard (Non-Customized) Items (If applicable)

USA, UK, CA, AU Customers: 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns on non-custom items are the responsibility of the customer.
