Returns & Refunds
- Return Window: 30 days for US residents and 14 days for EU residents (in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Note: Natural wood variations are unique characteristics of authentic furniture and are not considered defects.
- Return Costs: FukaRustic covers return shipping for confirmed manufacturing defects or transit damage. Customer-initiated returns (change of mind) are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Local EU Support: To ensure a seamless experience, returns from European customers are processed locally at our regional center: Im Dorf 65c, 51381 Leverkusen, Germany.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
